Account Executive (New Business/Hunter role) – B2B SaaS
Location: Remote/1 day a week in the Bristol office
Salary: £45,000 base + uncapped commission

Overview
I’m recruiting on behalf of a high-growth B2B SaaS business that helps revenue teams generate pipeline and win more business through a combination of phone-verified data and an outbound enablement platform.
They’re looking for a new business hunter who is happy to be on the phones, can run strong discovery and is capable of managing the full sales cycle end to end.
What they sell
A credit-based subscription / MRR proposition focused on data, lead generation and sales enablement.
Typical commercial structure includes:
* PoC around £12k for 2 months
* 4–12 month sign-ups following a successful PoC
* Current average sales cycle is circa 40 days
The role
This is a true full-cycle AE position, including:
1. Owning net new business acquisition and building a predictable outbound pipeline
2. High-volume outbound (phone-first) and booking your own meetings
