Location: Head Office, Norbury, London (SW16)
Role: Full-Time, Permanent | Employed or Self-Employed
OTE: £60k–£80k (uncapped commission)
Gordon Blair Financial Services is expanding and is now seeking a dedicated and experienced Equity Release Specialist to join our growing advice team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified adviser who is passionate about later-life lending and delivering high-quality, ethical financial advice to clients across the UK.
You will be working with warm, qualified leads and supported by a strong internal team, allowing you to focus on what you do best — delivering expert equity release advice with confidence, care, and professionalism.

What We're Looking For:
* Fully qualified Equity Release Adviser (CeMAP + ER1 or equivalent)
* Proven experience in equity release and later-life lending
* Client-first, ethical, and compliance-driven approach
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, organised, and performance-driven
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment
* Passion for delivering excellent client outcomes
Working Hours:
Monday–Friday (Permanent, Full-Time, Home-Based Option Available)
