The Role
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Recruitment Advisor. The recruitment team works closely with the wider HR function to deliver a proactive and efficient HR service. Reporting to a Recruitment Manager and working alongside HR Business Partners, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for non-qualified Legal Support roles across their business.
Responsibilities will include
Deliver a high-quality recruitment and assessment service to a high-volume portfolio of non-qualified vacancies within Legal Support areas across the business, working to agreed KPIs such as direct sourcing, cost, & time to hire.
