We are looking for a passionate and motivated Lecturer in Functional Skills Maths & English to join our supportive and collaborative Apprenticeship team. This role involves delivering Functional Skills Maths and English, supporting learners from a range of backgrounds to achieve their potential and progress into further learning or employment.
You'll be part of a team that is committed to high-quality teaching, learner success, and continuous professional development.
This exciting role will include:
* Delivering engaging and effective Functional Skills Maths and English lessons
* Planning, preparing and assessing learning to support learner progress and achievement
* Motivating learners, raising aspirations, and supporting progression outcomes
* Contributing positively to curriculum development and the wider teaching team
If you can demonstrate the following, then we'd love to hear from you:
1. Experience of teaching Functional Skills and/or GCSE Maths
2. A full teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one
3. The ability to deliver high-quality teaching and be a good or outstanding practitioner
