Description
The In‑House Commercial Solicitor will be:
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
Advising group companies on commercial and legal risk
Supporting procurement and operational teams with commercial advice
Assisting in the creation and rollout of a contract playbook
Managing stakeholder relationships across departments
Supporting compliance with internal policies and governance
Working closely with senior legal counsel and external advisors
Contributing to legal process improvement initiatives
Profile
The In‑House Commercial Solicitor should be:
A solicitor or equivalent with 2‑4 PQE
Experienced in drafting and advising on commercial agreements
Able to assess and manage legal and commercial risk
Strong communicator with stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working independently and in a team
Adaptable and proactive, with a commercial mindset
