Join our Lanesborough Grill team at The Lanesborough.
Located near Hyde Park and London's luxury shopping districts, the hotel features 93 luxurious suites and bedrooms, modern British dining at The Lanesborough Grill, the Library Bar, Garden Room, and the Lanesborough Club & Spa.

Candidate Profile
As Chef de Partie, you will ensure high-quality food service, adapt to guest needs, and maintain consistency in culinary excellence. You will develop your team through training, coaching, and mentoring.
Key Requirements
* Experience in a similar role, preferably in a Michelin-starred restaurant
* Proven ability to manage a kitchen section
* Excellent technical cooking skills
* Good command of English
* Food Hygiene Level 3 certification preferred
* Ability to handle manual tasks and heavy lifting
