We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to work at - Headington Campus of Oxford Brookes University.
Location: Gipsy Lane, Headington, Oxford, OX3 0BP
Working Pattern: Fully Flexible between 6:00am - 7:00pm, fixed term contract until September 2025
Rate of Pay: £17 Per Hour
Key Responsibilities:
* To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs
* To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
* To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are 'picture perfect' every time
* To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
* To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and
order necessary ingredients
* Preparing and cooking fresh food for up to 1000 international students during summer school, breakfast lunch and dinner
* Working within a team of 18 Chefs, Kitchen Assistants and Kitchen Porters
