Business Administration Officer
£28k-£30k per annum DOE, plus benefits
Wakefield/Hybrid (1 day per week)
Full Time, Monday to Friday, Permanent
Concept Recruitment are working with our Wakefield city centre based client to recruit an experienced Business Administration Officer on a full time, permanent basis.
Our client is offering:
1. 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, office based with 1 day WFH
2. 23 days holiday entitlement in addition to statutory holidays
3. 1 paid volunteering day per year
4. 3% contributory pension scheme
5. Contribution to daily parking charges

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a customer focussed specialist commercial consultancy providing effective, high quality administration, organisational and operational support to the business.
Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
7. Administrative and operational support
8. Customer, client and stakeholder liaison
9. Social media management
10. Project and service delivery
11. Business systems and process management
You will need:
12. Strong administrative experience in a business, consultancy or public-sector environment
13. Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities
14. Strong written and verbal communication skills
15. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
16. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information in line with GDPR
17. Ability to use social media to assist the senior leadership in building the company profile
18. Ability to use initiative to organise and coordinate company events
19. High attention to detail and accuracy
20. A flexible approach and commitment to meet demanding deadlines
