Accounts Administrator (Part Time) Bangor (BT20) Salary c. £13.00- £15.00 P/H DOE On behalf of our client a leading long established construction firm, McKinty Associates are seeking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join our clients team on a Part-Time basis. Our ideal candidate will have experience of working in a financial environment, ideally with direct involvement in purchase ledger as well as being a competent user of all Microsoft Office applications. Key Duties: Purchase ledger including Matching, checking & coding invoices Maintaining Accounts inboxes Dealing with supplier queries Making payments via BACS Agreeing Statements Bank Reconciliations General administration Maintain and update systems Typing various documents and electronic information Accurate filing, record keeping and data entry Relevant ad hoc duties as required Eligibility criteria: Previous experience in a similar role desirable Competent experience using Sage / other relevant accounting programs Computer literate - including strong Microsoft Excel Enthusiastic and positive attitude Ability to work on own initiative Good numeracy skills Ability to manage deadlines and workload Be highly numerate and comfortable working with multiple sources of information.
