This role is all about empowering young people to engage in meaningful activities that promote personal growth, community involvement and a sense of belonging. You will design and deliver a range of creative, educational and recreational projects that support youth physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the running and delivery of engagement and intervention activities for young people living at One YMCA accommodation sites.
* Empower and inspire young people to engage in meaningful activities that foster community and a strong sense of belonging.
* Demonstrate a caring, approachable attitude.
* Communicate effectively and connect with people.
* Show flexibility and a team‑oriented approach to work.
