Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) is seeking a passionate and results-driven Transport Administrator to be part of our exciting journey. Your Role: * To issue and receipt all vehicle types using the correct documentation. Ensure driven vehicles are refuelled after details. Close job requests after completion of detail including fuel and mileage records. * Booking maintenance events and damage repairs in as required * Provide a high quality and reliable service to the customer in accordance with SLA and KPI’s. * Preparation of vehicles so that they are presented to customers in a clean and serviceable condition. * Carry out simple vehicle checks and record any defects and accident damage in accordance with company working procedures. * Maintain the cleanliness in and around the depot garage/vehicle preparation area. * Provide cover for other service delivery positions as and when necessary, including similar posts at other depots as required. What We’re Looking For: * Experience of working within a small team environment. * Experience of working in a customer facing environment. * Previous experience that has involved close attention to detail. * Able to work well under pressure. * Basic IT user to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. * Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
