Are you a seasoned bid professional ready to take the reins? We’re hiring a Senior Bid Coordinator with proven Experience in construction and social housing bids to lead our bid coordination function and mentor a team of Bid Coordinators. You’ll drive process improvements, ensure high-quality submissions, and help shape our bid strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work closely with Finance, Operations, and the wider Bid Team to deliver winning bids that reflect our values and capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in senior bid coordination or a similar role
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills
* Deep understanding of procurement and tender processes
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bid management tools
* Experience in construction and social housing bids is required
