Client Care Advisor– Salary: £26,701 per annum (FTE) – Location: Solihull – Job Type: Fixed‑term contract until July 2027 – Hours: 29.25 hours per week on average – Schedule: Mon & Tues 8am‑7pm; Thurs 8am‑5pm; 1/4 Saturdays 8am‑1pm.
Role and Responsibilities
* Greeting clients and their pets in a friendly manner.
* Diary management.
* Maintaining accurate client records in line with data protection regulations.
* Day‑to‑day administrative duties including filing, debt management and processing insurance claims.
* Communicating with clients, colleagues and the wider business via face‑to‑face, email and telephone.
* Maintaining organization and hygiene standards of the reception areas.
* Processing payments in various forms.
* Processing repeat medication requests.
