Buyer – Consumables, Vending & Retail
London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office)

The Opportunity:
A brilliant opportunity for a commercially driven Buyer to join a fast paced, customer led retail group and take ownership of consumables and vending categories across a large food service estate.
You’ll shape sourcing strategies, manage key suppliers, and deliver sustainable, cost effective solutions that keep stores running smoothly and customers happy.
What You’ll Do:
* Own the buying process for store consumables, from packaging to takeaway accessories.
* Manage vending & autonomous retail solutions, including coffee and food dispensers.
* Negotiate supplier contracts and drive cost savings and value creation.
* Champion sustainability, ensuring all materials and equipment meet safety and environmental standards.
* Collaborate with operations, food service, and procurement teams to support store launches and rollouts.
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven buying or procurement experience within food, retail, or hospitality.
* Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
* Confident negotiator with analytical ability and attention to detail.
* Proactive, adaptable, and solutions focused.
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; CIPS study or qualification a plus.
