About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused team player. The Neighbourhood Housing team delivers excellent service to local residents.
Responsibilities of the Neighbourhood Housing Lead
* Support the Housing Management team to provide a reliable, consistent service for residents.
* Improve resident satisfaction, build trust, and ensure residents are happy in their homes.
* Act as the primary relationship holder with residents in your designated patch, covering approximately 500–600 homes, aligned with local authority areas.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues and residents.
* Strong problem-solving skills, grit, determination, and a can-do attitude focused on keeping promises.
* Willingness to challenge the business to achieve the best outcomes for residents.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to manage a complex workload within deadlines.
* Stakeholder management skills and ability to engage with a diverse customer base.
* Experience in a similar role.
* Valid driving license and access to a car for work purposes.
Additional Information
Passion and commitment to delivering excellent service are vital, aligned with our high standards and values. Some travel between sites may be required, with expenses covered.
