The role
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for keeping systems running smoothly? Were looking for a proactive and hands‑on IT Support Analyst to join our team in Manchester.
In this role, youll support colleagues with a range of activities from hardware maintenance and software support to troubleshooting and user assistance. Youll also play a key role in supporting colleagues across our offices in Norwich, Birmingham, Cambridge, London, Leeds, and Oxford, with some occasional travel required.
You will work to a changing shift pattern of either 08:00 – 16:00, 09:00 – 17:00 or 10:00 – 18:00, and participate in the out of hours IT support rota.

The person
You’ll bring your experience in IT support, familiarity with laptops, printers, scanners, and basic data patching, and combine it with a proactive mindset and a passion for helping others. But this role is more than just technical know‑how, its about collaboration, communication, and adaptability.

The activities
* Managing and maintaining IT hardware and software across multiple platforms
* Monitoring systems, resolving issues, and escalating when needed
* Tackling up to 100 service desk tickets a week with confidence and care
* Supporting core infrastructure, networks, and telephony systems
* Assisting with software like Microsoft Office, CRM, and document management tools
* Helping users with AV setups and ensuring meetings run smoothly
