They are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HLTA or qualified teacher who ideally has experience or a passion for Drama, to deliver engaging Drama lessons on a part-time basis. This is a rewarding opportunity to join a caring school community and inspire students through creative expression.
About the Role:
Part-time position delivering Drama sessions across the school (flexible days/times available).
Teaching and supporting pupils with a wide range of learning needs, including ASD and SEMH difficulties.
Working as part of a highly supportive team to engage learners through a tailored curriculum.
Encouraging creativity, confidence, and communication through Drama and performance-based activities.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children or young people with SEND is highly desirable.
A strong interest or background in Drama, theatre, or creative arts.
HLTA status or QTS preferred, but not essential for the right candidate with relevant experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a nurturing, patient approach.
Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic SEND setting.
A genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their full potential.
