Job SummaryMy client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Production Machine Minder to oversee operations on their manufacturing line. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical/electrical expertise, a solid understanding of safety protocols and proven leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production line and maintenance team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
2. Oversee the packing and handling of manufactured goods.
3. Ensure all orders are accurate and that daily production targets are consistently met.
4. Monitor and ensure correct packaging of products in line with company standards.
5. Achieve efficiency and customer service targets, measured by customer feedback, traceability, and site specifications.
6. Maintain and improve hygiene and safety standards across the site.
7. Take responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of machinery, ensuring all equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
8. Conduct routine checks and coordinate repairs or servicing as needed to minimise downtime.
