Protection Adviser – Employed Role | Southampton | Hybrid

The Role
As a Protection Specialist within our busy mortgage team, you’ll work closely with mortgage advisers to deliver tailored protection solutions for clients at key moments in their lives. Youll provide clear, compassionate advice and ensure families have the right cover in place when it matters most.
This is a full‑time employed role with hybrid working once fully competent status achieved.

What You’ll Need
* At least 1 year of experience giving advice on protection products
* Energy, motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
* Understanding of how to build a compliant case
