An opportunity has become available to join the team as a General Manager at RAF Lossiemouth (IV31 6NG) on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is responsible for the delivery of catering, retail, waste and cleaning services. The role is predominantly Mon-Fri, with occasional weekend work required to meet the needs of the business. Security clearance and a full UK driving licence are essential. To be considered for this position, you must have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years. Key responsibilities: All aspects of the business area commercial and financial performance Executing operational delivery to agreed plans company standards Delivering an exceptional service to our client and customers and positioning Aramark as a strategic partner Identifying and executing ideas and projects to improve the client, customer and team experience Managing and leading multi-site teams to achieve great results Delivering contractual requirements and ensuring adherence to the company’s contractual responsibilities and internal quality procedures including all safety requirements, management reporting, development, budget, forecasting and financial control Key requirements: Experience operating as a General Manager in a retail, leisure, contract catering or hospitality business Previous MOD contract experience would be beneficial (not essential) Strong stakeholder management experience and the ability to manage cross functional relationships in a matrix environment A strong people manager, able to lead a team and manage cross functional relationships Experience managing a P&L A strong commercial background If you are applying for this role and you already work for Aramark, you must notify your line manager before submitting your application.
