The Careers and Employability Service at Wrexham University is seeking to appoint an Employability Navigator to deliver high-quality careers services and employability education. The role focuses on providing tailored one-to-one and group-based activity for those working towards graduate employment, further study, and other meaningful destinations.
The post holder will play a key role in driving engagement with employability activity and advancing student career development learning, facilitating students to develop the knowledge, confidence, and skills required to successfully progress beyond university.
In this role you will collaborate with all areas of the University but particularly work closely with our Funding and Money Advice team and Inclusion Services and Disability Support Service, as well as Digital Learning, and the Welsh Language, Heritage and Culture team. The role also works with external organisations and agencies to enhance the offer of careers related interventions.
Based at the Wrexham Campus, with activity delivered across all physical and digital locations, the Careers and Employability Service is a core part of the Student and Campus Life Directorate, bringing together key student-facing services, delivering modern, integrated approaches that enhance the overall student experience.
