Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organised individual to join our team as a School Receptionist & Attendance Administrator. This is a combined role that plays a crucial part in the daily operations of our school, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-of-house service while also supporting student attendance and punctuality.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, students, and staff at the front desk, providing professional customer service and handling phone and email enquiries.
* Collaborate with the Attendance Officer to maintain accurate attendance records and ensure procedures related to student absences are followed.
* Manage multiple administrative duties, update the school's website, and support the wider school team with key operational tasks.
Hours
The hours in each role are split as follows: Attendance Administrator from 8:30 am to 12:15 pm, and Receptionist from 12:45 pm to 16:30 pm (Monday to Thursday) and 12:45 pm to 16:00 pm on Fridays.
