Implementation Assistant
Location: Watford. Salary: £30,609 - £32,220. Working pattern: hybrid (at least 2 days per week at Watford office).
About This Opportunity
Provide crucial internal support for the effective implementation of new schemes, and deliver excellent customer service for all stakeholders and clients.
Responsibilities
* Support implementation of new schemes.
* Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders.
* Work with Business Development Managers, Implementation Executives & Account Development Managers during onboarding and post launch.
* Manage credit requests and upload contractual agreements.
* Raise and manage contractual agreements internally and externally; manage vehicle novations.
* Set up internal systems and produce bespoke process maps.
* Manage motor insurance setup with broker and accident management company.
* Support various projects within sales support area.
Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* High competence in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Effective collaborator.
* Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and be a team player.
* Proven ability to plan and prioritise workload.
* Self‑motivated, driven, strong attention to detail with flexible approach.
Desirable Experience
* Experience with credit requests and contractual agreements.
* Experience with vehicle novations, internal system set‑ups and bespoke process maps.
* Experience managing motor insurance and broker relationships.
* Experience supporting sales support projects.
