With a strong reputation for excellence, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative
to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.
The Role
Prepare all AV equipment for up to six events per day, to be delivered across London, and further afield.
* Pick, pack, and prepare AV equipment for deliveries and collections.
* Load and unload vehicles.
* Deliver and collect AV equipment to and from event locations, ensuring safe handling and transportation.
* Plan and optimise delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse.
* Carry out checks and maintenance of AV equipment before dispatch.
* Assist the AV team with stock control, inventory checks, and equipment tracking.
The Person
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role, ideally within the AV or events industry desired.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to handle unexpected challenges.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends when required.
* To have a keen interest in the Audio Visual Industry.
* Valid UK driving licence (clean, held for a minimum of 3 years) (Preferred, not essential)
Desired experience
* Knowledge and experience operating a variety of large and small-scale audio events
* Experience in streaming, vMix, RTMP, SRT, NDI, etc.
* Video cameras and film lighting knowledge
* Proficient in lighting equipment; uplighters, moving head, and stationary lights
The Details
* Contract: Permanent
* Salary: £27,500 per annum
* Annual Bonus: Performance-based bonus scheme, subject to company profitability and director's discretion.
* Working Hours: 9AM to 5PM
* Location: Long Street, Shoreditch
* Development: Ongoing training and regular monthly 1-2-1 support sessions.
