Job Title: 1st Line Support Engineer
Location: Corsham (Full-Time, Onsite)

We're working with a leading IT services provider to hire a driven and customer-focused 1st Line Support Engineer to join their team onsite in Corsham. Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for technical support issues (via phone, email, and ticketing system)
* Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network problems
* Escalate complex or unresolved issues to 2nd or 3rd line teams
* Log and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and user updates
* Assist with the setup of hardware, software installations, and user account management
* Maintain clear and professional communication with end-users
* Contribute to knowledge sharing and internal documentation
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a helpdesk or IT support role (desirable, not essential)
* Passion for IT and eagerness to learn new technologies
* Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
* Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking principles
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges
