Customer Service Administrator
An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative to join a global market leader who specialise within chemical and ingredient distribution based in Belfast.
This is a Full-Time, 9 Month Fixed-Term Contract (to cover Maternity Leave).
Working hours: Monday to Friday.
With a salary of £26,000 per annum.
Job Role:
You will be responsible for supporting the sales team across different industries, helping to make sure customer orders run smoothly from start to finish.
Essential Criteria:
* Previous Customer Service experience
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
* Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload while handling multiple tasks at once
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Processing customer orders from start to finish, including entering orders, invoicing and following up where needed
* Supporting internal and external Account Managers across all product lines
* Keeping customers updated and handling day to day questions and clarifications
* Following up on open orders, payments, or any outstanding issues
* Working closely with Account Managers, Business Development Managers and the Logistics team to make sure everything runs smoothly
