I am looking for an illustrator who can create:
• Soft, warm, storybook-style illustrations
• Emotional facial expressions

• Consistent characters across multiple books

• Light-filled, hopeful tone
Style Reference:
Soft watercolor or painterly digital style. Emotional warmth. Think classic storybook, not cartoonish, not flat vector, not anime.

• 24–28 page children's picture book

Character Details
Family of five children (ages 9, 7, 5, 5, and 2). All have dark hair and olive or fair skin tones. Each child has a distinct personality that must come through visually:
• 9-year-old girl – long dark hair, olive skin, confident leader, joyful
• 7-year-old boy – messy hair, inquisitive, thoughtful
• 5-year-old boy – very active, energetic, rarely sitting still
• 5-year-old girl – very dark hair, very light skin, sweet, affectionate
• 2-year-old girl – curious, climbing, expressive, playful
Jesus should appear:
• Warm Middle Eastern features
• Brown wavy hair
• Gentle hazel eyes
• Kind expression
• No halo
• Child-level presence
• Loving but not overly dramatic
