The Account Manager will play a key role in managing and growing existing customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service while identifying opportunities to increase revenue and gross profit. You’ll work closely with a collaborative sales team and internal stakeholders to support wider commercial objectives. About the Role As an Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of established customers. Your focus will be on nurturing relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and uncovering opportunities for growth through proactive account management.
