The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Front of House Manager to support the day-to-day running of our catering operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, leadership, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all food & beverage operations
* Supervise and motivate front-of-house and catering staff
* Ensure high standards of service across the restaurant, bar, and events
* Assist in planning and executing functions, events, and weddings
* Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
* Maintain health & safety and food hygiene standards
* Handle customer feedback and ensure member satisfaction
About You
* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality or catering
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* A proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and events as required
* Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations (preferred)
