Key Responsibilities
* Lead direct and indirect sales strategy across EMEA.
* Develop and execute plans to grow the company’s footprint in warehouse and factory automation.
* Identify and build strategic relationships with end-users, integrators, and OEM partners.
* Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, proposals, and closing.
* Collaborate with internal engineering teams to deliver tailored automation solutions.
* Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.
Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years’ experience in sales of capital equipment or automation systems (preferably ASRS or conveyor systems).
* A solid track record of B2B sales success across multiple EMEA markets.
* Well-connected within intralogistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Comfortable with regular travel across the region.
