Work to monthly cash and overdue debt targets (set by management) in order to continually improve both debtor days and overdue debt profiles. Keep accurate and up to date records of all debt chasing to ensure that all items are followed up and escalated where required Keep sales and operations management teams informed of any potential issues with non-payment of invoices Identify issues and thereafter develop and implement solutions in conjunction with the Credit Control Supervisor.
