We are instructed on a senior:level opportunity with a well:established Somerset law firm seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (5+ PQE) to play a key role in the continued growth of the department.
This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified solicitor operating at senior level who is commercially minded and motivated by both client development and financial reward.
The Role
You will manage a high:quality residential conveyancing caseload while contributing strategically to the development of the department. There is a strong emphasis on:
* Networking and business development
* Building and maintaining long:term client relationships
* Fee generation and driving departmental growth
* Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team (where applicable)
Candidates with an existing following or demonstrable business development success will be particularly well regarded.
