Sales Support Manager
Role:
This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in sales within the logistics industry. You will play a key role in supporting the sales cycle, ensuring a smooth transition for brand new customers after go live, performance reporting/analysis, escalations and service issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Sales Cycle: Assist the sales team with new clients, ensuring a seamless transition after customer go-live. Collaborate closely with the onboarding team to move opportunities from onboarding to postgo-live management.
* Performance Reporting: Prepare regular performance and service reports for both internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting key metrics and trends.
* Data Analysis: Analyse customer and delivery performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimisation or upselling.
* Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for customer escalations, ensuring swift and effective resolution in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external customers to support long-term success.
* Process Improvement: Contribute ideas and feedback to improve customer support processes, driving efficiency and enhancing the overall customer experience.
* Sales Support Administration: Maintain accurate CRM records, track customer interactions, and assist with key elements of the sales process as required.

* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

* Ability to pick up the phone to clients and internal stakeholders
* Previous customer services or sales experience is desirable.
