We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as the Shop Manager for our Rosehll shop.
Purpose of role
* Meet income generation targets and KPI’s for Gift Aid, volunteers and stock etc.
* To be responsible for the effective operation of the shop.
* Generate sufficient stock to meet targets from donors and other organisations.
* Provide excellent customer service which will in turn maximise sales and profitability.
* Provide management and leadership of paid staff and volunteers.
* Deliver training to staff and volunteers.
* To always represent St. Raphael’s Hospice in a professional manner.

* Ability to communicate with tact and discretion

* Good organisational skills

* Experience of managing a gift aid system for donated goods
