Working as Part-time Receptionist, your duties will include:
1. Answering incoming calls promptly and efficiently
2. Identifying caller requirements and transferring calls
3. Displaying a courteous and helpful manner at all times
4. Taking meaningful messages when required and referring via email to the appropriate person
5. Carrying out necessary system checks
6. Booking meeting rooms
7. Some front of house when required, meeting and greeting visitors, providing refreshments, signing in
You will have:
8. First class communication skills
9. A professional and helpful telephone manner
10. The ability to process calls quickly and efficiently
11. Good computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook
