Join the Spotless Cleaning Team as a Mobile Cleaner (Morning Shifts)
We are currently seeking a reliable and adaptable Mobile Cleaner to join the Spotless Cleaning team, based in Burton on Trent. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual to take on a flexible role with a company that values high standards and quality service.
Essential Requirements:
* A valid UK driving licence is essential for this role
* A work vehicle will be provided for use during working hours (someone else will use this vehicle in the evenings)
* You must be comfortable travelling across Burton, Derby, Lichfield, Nottingham, Loughborough, and Ashby areas
Job Details:
* Start time: Between 5 AM and 1:30 PM (shifts may vary within this range)
* Hours: Guaranteed 37.5 hours pay per week, regardless of hours worked
* Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
* Annual Salary Equivalent: £27,300 per annum
* Employment type: Permanent, PAYE (not self-employed)
* Overtime: Paid overtime may be required, up to full-time hours depending on business needs
As a Mobile Cleaner, you'll provide cleaning services across various commercial buildings, including offices and schools. You'll also support other team members when needed, helping ensure the highest cleaning standards are met.
Your responsibilities will include covering planned and unplanned absences, supporting new contract mobilisations, and helping to address site issues or complaints. Flexibility is essential, as you'll be travelling between different sites during your shift.
Pay & Benefits:

Qualifications & Requirements:
* You must reside in or near Burton on Trent and be happy to travel to the listed areas using the company vehicle
* Full UK driving licence (3 points or less)
* References from previous employers are typically required
* Professional cleaning experience preferred (COSHH knowledge an advantage)
* You must be willing to undergo a DBS check (arranged by us)
