Overview
Our vision is ‘Tennis Opened Up’, and our mission is to transform communities through tennis and padel by making the sports welcoming, enjoyable and inspiring to everyone.
This role will sit within the Marketing & Customer Strategy team, to lead the creative direction and delivery of engaging video and social content that showcases padel and inspires a diverse, next‑generation audience. You’ll play a central role in shaping an inclusive and vibrant community, capturing live moments at events, managing social channels, and collaborating with players, partners and internal teams to tell authentic, compelling stories. Combining creativity with insight, you’ll use performance data to continually refine content, support wider organisational priorities, and help grow the sport through innovative, audience‑first storytelling and meaningful partnerships.
We’re running this as a single, coordinated campaign with all adverts closing on Sunday 7th June at 11:59pm. Due to the grass court season and teams focused on deliverables at our tournaments, interview dates and times will be communicated to those shortlisted, however each role will be expected to have a two‑stage process.
