The working hours for this role are expected to be 37 hours per week, 41 weeks per year. The start date for this role is Tuesday, 1st September 2026, or as soon as possible.
EQUA Mead Learning Trust is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and forward-thinking HR Partner. As a member of staff within our Trust, you will contribute to a collaborative working environment and play a key role in supporting the learning and development of all pupils.
In this role, your duties and responsibilities will include providing an excellent first‑line day‑to‑day HR advisory and support service to Headteachers, Senior Leadership Teams, and the Central Team within the Trust. You will have the opportunity to assist with project management/change management situations that arise as required, particularly in relation to Academy transfers into the Trust, including but not limited to restructuring, redundancies, and TUPE. As a member of the HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all agreed policies and procedures are followed consistently and to a high standard. You must provide advice, guidance, and ensure that strong safeguarding practices are observed at all times.
