About the Role
Your journey as a Sales Negotiator will begin with one week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre. The training is purpose‑built and industry‑leading, delivered through one‑to‑one and group sessions. You will receive a fully‑paid hotel stay in Colchester with breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided.
Our expert‑led training programme will equip you with everything you need – from property knowledge to negotiation techniques – giving you the confidence and skills to thrive in an exciting and rewarding industry.
Responsibilities
* Market properties to potential homeowners.
* Arrange and conduct property viewings.
* Negotiate offers.
* Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, leaflet dropping and other methods.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Continue training and development with close support from your mentor.
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence for a manual or automatic car.
* Enthusiasm, strong communication skills and a passion for helping people find their perfect home.
* Passion, ambition, drive, strong work ethic, positive mindset, solution finder, good communicator, people skills, customer‑focused and respectful.
Benefits
* £28,000 OTE per year.
* Uncapped commission.
* Full‑time working hours: 8:30am‑6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am‑5pm every Saturday.
