Hours: Part time – 18.5 hours per week – hybrid working arrangement
Salary: £28,544 to £33,022 (pro rata) per annum

Role: Regional Housing Administrator
You’ll be responsible for delivering a highly customer‑focused, effective and efficient regional administration service to our Neighbourhood Team. You will report any communal repairs to contractors, maintain relevant records, and act on gas safety processes, liaising with contractors and raising Purchase Orders. You will also maintain garage tenancy records, process lettings and terminations to maximise income collection and liaise with colleagues on inspections.
You already have previous customer‑service experience and a demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You can write clear, accurate and concise records, often analysing data from a variety of sources, and prioritise your busy workload as required.
Closing Date: Sunday 12th April 2026 at midnight
Hybrid role based in our Borehamwood office, requiring you to work in the office one day a week. You’ll split your time between working from home and the office; specific days will be agreed with your line manager.
