Job Title: Supplier Governance Executive - Home Claims
Location: Leicester or Bexhill (Hybrid - one day a week in the office)

Role focus: As our Supply Chain Executive within Home Claims, you'll support all aspects of supply chain management to ensure delivery of quality outcomes from our partners and suppliers, with emphasis on the quality and control of services provided by suppliers, visibility of activities, and continuous improvement in customer and business outcomes.
Responsibilities / Job details
* Identify relevant assurance measures and evidence of supplier adherence to regulatory, legal, contract and conduct requirements
* Collaborate with Supplier Relationship Managers to agree measures with suppliers, including contract enhancements
* Review supplier assurance MI and evidence to assess adherence levels, providing regular analysis, feedback and reporting
* Agree controls and assurance strengthening actions with suppliers, with action plans detailing owners and delivery dates
* Track actions through to delivery and update central systems to reflect assurance outputs
* Organise, coordinate and attend supplier forums, events and meetings as needed; act as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders on Home Claims supplier assurance
Essential Skills / Experience
* Experience in an assurance environment—directly with suppliers or within a supply chain in insurance
* Strong analytical ability with experience of working with MI and communicating insights to stakeholders at all levels
* Knowledge of financial services and CDM/H&S regulatory and conduct requirements
