Head of Service Charges, Rent & Income – Norfolk Salary: £65,000 Contract: Permanent Working Pattern: Full-time (37 hours) Location: Norfolk (Hybrid working available) An exciting opportunity has arisen with a forward-thinking and values-driven housing provider for a Head of Service Charges, Rent & Income. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering strategic direction across income, rent setting, and service charge functions. The Role Reporting into the Director of Tenant Services, you will lead the organisation’s approach to service charges, rent application, and income collection across a large and diverse housing portfolio of over 7,000 homes.
