Role Responsibilities:
You will spend most of your time in our workshop maintaining vehicles to high standards, conducting inspections, repairs, and services, and liaising with Service Advisors and customers.
You’ll ensure all Vehicle Health Checks are completed, paperwork is accurate, jobs are completed within timeframes, and vehicle diagnostics and road tests are performed to exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Knowledge: Maintain high technical knowledge and comply with manufacturer training requirements.
* Efficiency: Maintain high levels of productivity (hours sold vs. hours attended).
* Quality: Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards, minimize repeat repairs.
* Standards: Keep work areas, tools, and equipment to high standards, comply with health and safety regulations, and protect customer vehicles.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00.
Candidate Requirements:
* Formal qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3) in Vehicle Repair
* Diagnostic and fault-finding experience (desirable)
* Valid UK driving license
* Flexible, deadline-oriented, team player
* Excellent attention to detail
* Awareness of Health and Safety procedures
