1. Hospital Pharmacy Experience
2. Knowledge of medicines management initatives
3. Medicines management experience (checking PODs, transcribing, medicines reconciliation and counselling)
Desirable criteria
4. Knowledge of audits
5. Staff management experience
6. Change management experience
Qualifications
Essential criteria
7. NVQ level 3 and/or BTEC or equivalent in pharmaceutical science
8. Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council
9. Accredited Medicines Management Course
10. Accredited Checking Pharmacy Technician
