We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties
* Manage daily office operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails with professionalism and courtesy.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
* Assist in maintaining filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy access to information.
* Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
* Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members as required.
* Provide clerical support by preparing reports, memos, and correspondence as needed.
* Maintain an organised workspace and assist in ordering office supplies when necessary.
* Manage and coordinate fleet vehicles
Requirements
* Previous office experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with administrative tasks.
* Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficient typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
