✅WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Managing the Driving team, completing 121's, investigations, training, debrief etc.
* Allocating work loads,
* Customer communication
* All site and transport administration is covered in this role,
* Supporting the Transport Manager and working closely along side.
✅WHAT YOU'LL BRING
* Can lead from the front, winning hearts and minds and providing coaching and mentorship
* Do you hold an International CPC Qualification? This is desirable.
* Have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
* Aren't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in when needed
* Do you have any previous managerial experience?
