Our client, a well-established and reputable law firm, is seeking a professional and highly organised Legal Secretary to join their Real Estate team at their Maidenhead office. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering the chance to work within a supportive legal environment, assisting lawyers with a varied caseload and delivering key administrative support.
Tasks
The Role
The successful candidate will play an integral part in supporting the Real Estate team.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to solicitors
* Prepare and format legal documents
* Manage and organise files, ensuring all documentation is up to date and easily accessible
* Diary management and team administration support
* Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues in a professional manner.
* Conduct audio typing for dictations as required
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
* Assist with time management by prioritising tasks effectively to meet deadlines
Requirements
About you
* Preferably 2+ years' administration support in a legal environment (Real Estate)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven team player with the ability to build effective and trusting relationships with clients and colleagues
