Overview
I am recruiting for a Credit Control/ Customer Service Advisor for an ongoing temporary role in Exeter.
Responsibilities
* Monitor and manage the company's credit control function, ensuring all debts are collected promptly.
* Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with clients regarding outstanding payments.
* Prepare and send out invoices, statements, and reminders to clients.
* Handling customer enquiries.
* Updating customer records.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a credit control or accounts payable role is essential.
* Candidates will need to have previous credit control experience and be confident in speaking with customers to discuss queries etc.
Hours
Hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
