Job Description
3. Partner with senior leaders to provide insight, challenge and strategic guidance on performance and growth opportunities
4. Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
5. Support and influence commercial decision-making, including pricing strategies and profitability initiatives
6. Deliver robust financial modelling, analysis and performance reporting to inform business planning
7. Play a key role in budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning across multiple business areas
8. Drive improvements in operational efficiency and financial processes
9. Collaborate cross-functionally with non-finance teams
10. Contribute to key projects, change initiatives and the evolution of the commercial finance function
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for a commercially minded finance leader with the ability to influence at the highest levels:
11. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
12. Proven background in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles within complex organisations
13. Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
14. Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving business performance
15. Highly analytical, with advanced financial modelling capabilities
16. Confident communicator, able to present complex ideas clearly and constructively challenge leadership
17. Resilient, adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
18. Strong project and stakeholder management skills
