We are working with a growing independent recruitment business seeking an experienced Candidate Resourcing Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on the candidate side of recruitment, in a supportive, non-corporate culture where employees are trusted and rewarded.
The Role:
You will be responsible for:
* Sourcing sales and marketing talent for both temporary and permanent opportunities using social media, job boards, Linkedin and other sourcing tools.
* Supporting the Director with administrative duties.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years recruitment agency experience
* Proven track record of sourcing talent and building strong candidate pipelines
* Confident using social media, job boards, and other sourcing tools
* Forward-thinking and relationship-focused, providing excellent candidate service
* Initiative and enjoys proactive candidate outreach
* Organised with excellent attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Self-motivated, collaborative, and resilient under pressure
